All youth deserve a meaningful education. Club members receive academic support, mentoring and homework help to keep them learning outside the classroom.
All youth have the potential to do great things. Club members learn to make good choices through service learning activities, project-based learning and opportunities to develop emotional intelligence skills that will last a lifetime.
All youth can learn healthy habits to last them a life time. Club members have access to healthy meals & snacks, hands-on learning, and physical fitness opportunities.
One in four club members are teens! Club members are able to grow with us as teens. We offer meaningful opportunities for teens to thrive.
This program is offered daily and provides one-on-one homework assistance and small group tutoring. For those that don’t have homework, quiet areas to read are available.
This program for teens promotes financial responsibility and independence. Members learn how to manage a checking account, create and stick to a budget, save, and how to pay for college.
This program helps youth learn the fundamentals of math and social-emotional skills through the game of basketball.
This daily program offers youth the opportunity to express themselves through a wide range of media including drawing, coloring, painting, sculptures, beads, and collages.
This program reinforces brings a fun atmosphere of scientific exploration as members work with each other to create cool artifacts and demonstrate scientific principles.
This hands-on, activity-based program follows a STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Math) curriculum which connects youth ages 9-12 to science themes they encounter regularly.
This fun, interactive, project-based learning program designed to help prevent Summer Learning Loss in our youth members.
This program incorporates healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience. Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being.
This program offers members a chance to socialize with their peers while learning and playing fun games. Many games, such as Chess, require members to think strategically and builds critical thinking skills and fosters good sportsmanship amongst players.
This program is a comprehensive health and wellness program that strives to improve the overall health of Club members' Mind, Body and Soul through increasing daily physical activity, teaching good nutrition, and helping develop healthy relationships.
Members go through the entire process of gardening including preparing the beds, planting, daily caring of produce, harvesting, cleaning, and using what’s grown in a meal or snack.
This program helps Tees to embark on a journey to explore possible vocations, make sound educational decisions and find success in the world of work. Through our Career Blast portion of the program, we take members to area colleges and campuses to gain hands on experience in a wide range of career fields.
LOEG is a teen guys-only group that meets weekly. This program teaches our young men responsibility and lays out what it really means to be a man. Through guest speakers, interactive activities and field trips; the LOEG is a fan favorite with all our teen males.
SMART Girls is a health, fitness, education, and self-esteem enhancement program for Club girls. Encouraging young women to have healthy attitudes and lifestyles, SMART Girls helps them reach their full potential through dynamic sessions, group activities, field trips and mentoring from adult women.
The Up Next program takes members through the process of applying for a job, interviewing, and exploring a career in youth or human services, particularly Boys & Girls Club work.
